I have just labelled and archived all the messages (well, not the ones that are active and to be remembered) in my gmail inbox. There were over 100, and now there are 6. Boy, do I feel unproductive this afternoon. _

Note to self. Bamboo needles, bamboo yarn...not a great combo for having your yarn not stick. _

I bought this yarn today that is made of bamboo and soy. It is lucious and soft. Also, rather an odd sort of idea, and I'm a little wary of the chemical processes they would have to run on bamboo to make it soft and, you know, knitable. _

I would feel slightly better about Word's auto grammar correct if it knew that advise is in fact a word, and that I'm not incorrectly spelling "advice". _

I think this is the nastiest thing I have ever actually sent to anyone. I have the shakes, and my fingers have gone cold from being so nervous about it, but it was also incredibly cathartic to actually write it down. I need people to assure me that it wasn't totally out of line. I have removed people names, so they may only be inferred from initials. The AC was set to around 62 when I woke up this morning. I certainly didn't turn it on, and as B-- would be happy to go without AC, I assumed it was you. I don't actually mind have the AC on now, as it is rather hot out, but my window was wide open, and it was frigid in the house. I would perhaps not be nearly as annoyed about this if you paid electric more often than once a quarter, but it still felt incredibly wasteful.

I asked if C-- and N-- could come, not just C--. When we got to Croquet and found out that a friend was planning to apparently sleep in his rental car, B-- and I told him to come home with us. This was at like midnight, which is why we didn't call you, as we didn't want to wake you up.

We were trying to be quiet, as you were sleeping. If we were not being quite quiet enough for you, you should have come down to ask us to be a little quieter, and we would have been.

You were inexcusably rude to my friends all weekend. You put your DIRTY FUCKING UNDERWEAR on my friend's things, and then yelled at her when she moved it. Beyond the fact that you knew there was company over and you still left your dirty underwear in public, it is completely unjustified to yell at someone who you have known for less than 24 hours for NOT going into your bedroom. You do NOT have the moral high ground you think you do. You are consistantly rude to all my friends, not just ones who are staying the night. While perhaps we ought to have been a little quieter while you were trying to sleep, you must understand that as we only see each other once a year, we were rather excited. That is no reason for you to slam doors and swear loudly in the living room when there are people sleeping there. I do not owe you an apology. You owe me, B--, and our friends apologies. _

Last night, Brianne and I went off to MOM's, because all I've wanted to eat since like Sunday evening is miso soup, so I wanted to get miso paste, which they just don't sell at Trader Joe's. And MOM's is a walk from the house and totally awesome in it's health-food-store-ness, unlike Whole Foods, which has it's own loveliness, but is a drive away, and costs a fortune. Our cashier seemed perma-stoned, but was nice and friendly, and sort of babbled at Brianne about the Beatles (she was wearing a Beatles tee-shirt), and to me about various methods of making popcorn, and the popcorn seasonings they have in the spice section (I had also bought bulk popping corn, because I was out). _

There was a photograph at in the restroom at the restaurant where we ate last night called "In Just Spring". I found this delightful, came back to the table and told everyone, and no one knew why this was awesome. I would've happily read nothing but Eliot and cummings in the second half of my Senior Language class. _

I love my afternoon snack of Greek yogurt and something to make it sweeter. People were always making fun of me for using sugar, and I was at Balducci's, and they had this lavendar and rosemary honey, which is lovely in the yogurt. _

Everything DHL sends in the Virginia/Washington area goes through PA. I forgot about this (it used to bug me to no end that it took DHL less time to get things from Alexandria to Nairobi than to DC), but my Croquet dress left Arlington and is now in Allentown. Presmably, tomorrow it will be back here and I will have it. This means, of course, that the dress was probably in Pentagon City and I should've just gone to the freaking mall. _
