The last time I woke up really early to wrote a paper and ate chocolate covered coffee beans to keep myself awake I think I turned green from the amount of caffeine floating in my stomach when I was finished. It was weird then, and it is now. I eat the legal addictive stimulant in order to stay awake, cause I find myself feeling like nodding off, and it barely does anything, so I eat a few more, and it still barely does anything, but when I am finished with the fucking quantum paper, I will be briefly wired, nauseous, and have to go to lab all the same.

I think they turned the heaters down, or else the cold outside is finally sort of balancing it out. It's odd to sit at my desk, which is right in front of the radiator, and also right in front of the window. The window leaks all this cold air into the room, so the heater is barely doing anything, but it warms my legs up. The rest of my body is all chilled by the coldness coming in from the window.

Last year, something was wrong with my radiator, and it sounded like someone was shovelling snow outside my room almost constantly. This year I woke up at around 7 for no apparent reason, looked out the window, and saw a snow blower.
And according to Security we have classes this afternoon, which really is absurd.

My friends Julia and Jancey drove from San Jose to Lewisberry (Jancey flew out, and then they drove Julia's car; she was moving back East). They came by our house on Saturday to say hi, and then on Sunday to show us the 500 some pictures they took. I'm wanting to drive across the country. My sister and I would probably kill each other by about the time we got to Ohio, though, I think, so I don't know.
