Instead of having a long distance carrier, we've been using the cell phone and 1010 numbers for years. However someone has been calling us telling us they've bought out the 101-6868 number, and whether we'd like to sign up for long distance. I have no idea whether they're legitimate, but it has put me off 1010 numbers. The previous one we used got bought up and started charging immense amounts without warning. before that we used a calling card, but the line quality was abyssmal. The cell phone works well enough, but we've only got one between us, so it isn't always home. So am starting to do research into voice-over-internet, normal long distance, a 2nd cell, etc. What do you lot do?
